About
Michelle Lieberman Licensed Acupuncturist.
Six years ago, Michelle, was attending a nursing program at Suffolk Community College, when she discovered a health care treatment that would change her life. When Michelle graduated from college in 2005, she knew one thing, she wanted to help people feel better, but she had not yet found her niche. At the time, like many others, Michelle was suffering from debilitating allergies and chronic fatigue; a condition conventional medicine could not help. Feeling frustrated and wanting to feel better she made the decision to try acupuncture and eventually NAET treatments. It had worked for other cultures for thousands of years; she thought it was at least worth a try. It was the turning point for Michelle, not only did she finally feel better but she was fascinated with this alternative treatment. The rest is history, as they say, Michelle knew from that moment that she had found her passion. Michelle began to specialize in acupuncture training, graduating from The New York College of Health Professions in 2009 and receiving her acupuncture license a short time after. Michelle not only wanted to learn from the books and lab classes, she also wanted to understand the process hands-on, so she trained under several licensed health care providers who had specialized in acupuncture, NAET treatments and pain management. Michelle also became a certified NAET treatment professional in 2009. Michelle does not just talk the talk, she has walked the walk, and she understands the frustration that comes with chronic conditions conventional medicine can&apos:t seem to help. Ever since that first acupuncture treatment, Michelle has made it her life's work to help everyone she can to achieve their own . . ."wellness from within"
